2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return

Take items you want to return to the Packeta Point according to your choice. There you dictate the ID of the sender, which ID we send to you by email after you request a return. The label is printed at the delivery point. You can view all Packeta Points here: https://www.packeta.com/pick-up-points
returns from other countries
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Warehouse for returns is located in Slovakia (Europe).
Can I exchange items?
Exchange is not possible. If the size does not suit you or you don´t like the item, return it and create a new order.
Where I will receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 3 hours from when you placed your order. If you want to cancel your order, contact us on help@teenwear.eu or text us in the online chat.
