How long do I have to make a return?

No worries—you’ve got plenty of time to try on your haul! Newly purchased items can be returned within 15 days of receiving them.

How do I make a return?

1. Log in to our Return Portal using your email you used for your order on returns.teenwear.eu

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return

Return your package via any Packeta drop-off point.

returns from other countries

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. 

 

The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Warehouse for returns is located in Slovakia (Europe).

Can I exchange items?

Exchange is not possible. If the size does not suit you or you don´t like the item, return it and create a new order.

Where I will receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 3 hours from when you placed your order. If you want to cancel your order, contact us on help@teenwear.eu or text us in the online chat.
