DELIVERY INFO:
We currently deliver your orders to 51 countries worldwide. Shipments are sent from warehouses in USA (Bensenville, IL), Slovakia and China. The warehouse from which your shipment will be sent depends on the country from which the order was created and in which warehouse the ordered items are located.
PROCESSING TIME:
The product processing time normally takes about 2-5 business days, depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. The processing time is not included in the delivery time.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We take care of all fees and customs, so you don't have to worry about any fees or duty on delivery! However, there is one catch - the value of your order cannot exceed €150 and you will have to divide the order into more orders if the value of your order is over €150 (applies only for EU countries, for other countries, the purchase value is not limited).
