PROCESSING TIME:
The product processing time normally takes about 2-5 business days, depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. The processing time is not included in the delivery time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

If you choose the "NO EXTRA FEES DELIVERY" option at checkout for a small additional fee, we will cover all taxes and duties in advance for you. If you do not select this option, you are responsible for any potential fees upon delivery. Please note, if you are ordering via our app, this fee is not required – all taxes and duties are covered automatically.
